I love this Chick-Fil-A! I went to the one in the mall earlier this week and was thoroughly disappointed. I only ordered a lemonade, but it was extremely bitter. I went back to this location to order a lemonade and waffle fries as a snack and got exactly what I was expecting. This location never disappoints
Food was cold and old. I stopped by going out of town and chik fil a is my once a year treat. I was really hungry and my fries are dark brown and the chicken had been in the warm box too long. I managed a cfa for 2 years so I know what the quality should be. The tea tasted as though the urn had not been cleaned properly or tea bags had been left in it too long. The service was immaculate.

I ordered my breakfast on the app at 10:20 when I made it to the store at 10:35 the man said he can’t give it to me since it was after 10:30 mind you the app asked for my card information he said they didn’t charge me for it but it was indeed charged to my bank account. He kept saying it would not be charged to my account while refusing to let me have the food I know I already paid for and I went through the line to pick it up. I want my money back.
