Food taste great! The atmosphere was like a fast food chain not cozy and inviting. Not that busy at 5. 😔 We had to clean our table, many tables weren't wiped down.

1 star for 1 of the 7 pieces of Steak that was on my Quesadilla. WHERE'S THE BEEF???? Folded shell for $10.00. I'm still looking for the cheese. This is why Chipotle want you to order Quesdillas online only. That way you can meat cheat. Never again. Last time I you left off chips, other time salsa, other time Queso, other time extra chicken. No never again.

Staff here has the best vibe, if you don’t enjoy the process of ordering it’s not that people are busy, you’re probably not fun as a person. Great burrito too

OMG…I love this place! My family and I eats here at least 1x weekly. We love the chicken burritos….with extra chicken! The combination of herbs and spices in the ingredients will have you craving these foods. Your taste buds will be savoring every bite, until you’ve devoured every morsel…leaving you fully satisfied. I’m salivating while writing this review!😄😋

I haven't had Chipotle in a few years and it's better than I remember 😭 the food was delicious and the service was very pleasant. Will definitely be stopping in again - I definitely see that they stay busy during rushes not just for the convenient location, but because they earn it!

Staff is so unhelpful and rude. Couldn’t even take the time to check a drawer or managers room to even check for a missing wallet.

every time i go to this location they have the rudest staff, you can be the only customer in the building and not a single employee will help you. went in today to pick up an online order, i was standing there at the pickup counter and no one would even look in my direction, one lady walked past me even looked at my phone where she saw i had an order and just kept going. one man came in and i saw he was clocking in and he immediately helped me, i didnt get his name but hes the only one in the whole building who could even acknowledge me. i got in the car and checked the order where i noticed i was missing a bag of chips, most of the food im ordering is not for myself so i reluctantly went back in knowing it would be the same issue. so once again, not a word or look from a single employee, this time there’s not a single other customer in the building, possibly a shift change since most of what i thought were customers at first were employees leaving. and crazy enough the same lady that walked past me the first time did it again and i didn’t see the man who helped me the first time so i finally just had to find someone that wasn’t talking and laughing with other coworkers to hear me. i’ve worked as a waitress for almost 8 years…. i have never given customer service this poor and it’s just insane that other establishments allow this type of service. i wish i did know the name of the man who did help me, he seems to be the only employee there with the slightest bit of sense, other than that every employee at that time was just sorry, awful employees and owner for allowing it.

What is with the meat portion size? I counted 7 pieces of diced chicken for the entire bowl and it was dry and bland on top of that.

Usually Chipotle is good, NOT THIS TIME! This place is getting too expensive for what you get. The steak was tough, the vegetables were tasteless, the chips were VERY VERY STALE. The cost for what you get is getting out of hand. Everything is an add on. Extra for queso, extra for chips, extra for salsa. It just keeps going! By the way, they had no ice for drinks. We will avoid this place from now on. Very disappointing.

I have to change my food rating to a 3. Although I enjoyed my food; was a 5. My mom had the bowl with beef. The beef had quite a few bones. Mom’s a boomer, no formal complaint. It took some convincing to get her there to try the food . She is willing to return, but made it clear —-she does not care for the beef due to the small bones making it difficult to enjoy her food. Please remove the bones thoroughly!
