To the owner of this franchise,

The water faucet inside the ladies room is malfunctioning and the water does not stop running.
It doesn’t matter what you do.

I am a business owner too, also are my parents and also was my grandmother and I know how this kind of loss can affect any business if you don’t catch it and fix it in time.

I can imagine your water bill is very high. I am not sure if your employees are making you aware of it.
I hope you get to solve it soon.

12/26/24 12pm the 3 staff at the register were not the best. A lot of eye rolling. And they messed my order up and I was still courteous.

I honestly don’t know how this Chipotle is still open. The customer service is the worse. They always have attitudes & they are rude. This has been my second encounter dealing with a staff member being disrespectful & rude but this time throwing a chipotle sauce at me was where the line was drawn. I asked for 4 sauces & I bought 3 entrees. The black girl comes to the front & argues with me about paying after stating the policy is 2 sauces per entree. I was only given 1. I asked for 4. After going back & forth she throws one of the sauces at me & states I’m dumb for making a big deal over sauces. Chipotle are these the type of people you want representing your establishments? Very disgusting. I’ll never go back there.

Fantastic experience with Chipotle! My mobile order was ready early, and the food was fresh and delicious with generous portion sizes—I couldn’t even finish it all! The staff was super friendly; they were quick and eager to help when I had questions or asked for more sauces.

It’s good, but they’re always stingy with their portions of food they give out

The music is all over the place. No complaints just not much consistency. The tables weren’t clean and drink station had trash all over it. There isn’t a clear indication to throw trash away at the door. The drink station didn’t have ice.
So after $33.00 and being rushed through my order…. This is only for rushed services not necessarily and experience.
I didn’t even revive any chips and salsa.

First! Service is horrible! This was my first time ever having chipotle and I had an horrible experience…. I was being rushed to pick my food, the light skinned girl had an attitude, my food was thrown together and dry! I will try another chipotle but will never come back to this one!

The trashcan was running over trash all over the floor table was nasty. Drink station was nasty and they were out of tops for the drinks and they was out of chipotle ranch and the food is not good 😡😡😡 spent $34 it was not worth my money never again I would not recommend no one to go
