A few samples are allowed. Although one worker seemed to angry after returning from the restroom and never changed facial expressions after coming back to serve customers, the customer service for another was very helpful and friendly. The chocolate dipped waffle cone was decent with the Our Strawberry Blonde flavored ice cream.

I love the ice cream and the customer service is usually great. My only complaint is most times when I go they don’t have the chocolate dipped waffle bowls. The employees say the manager is the only one who can make them and they bounce around from store to store. I wish they could train more people to make the chocolate dipped waffle bowls.

i have visited cold stone recently and was pleasantly surprised to see the new renovation. i was amazingly greeted by the crew. i had gotten a large Strawberry blonde recommend to me by tj. he was a amazing young man he even convinced me to get a dip waffle bowl. i would recommend coming during the night it’s the best time to come very satiated with my experience

I’m a dedicated cold stone fan and i have been missing their ice cream for 3 months. I’m very excited for when the shop opens back up. I have been miss seeing my favorite workers T.j and his crew, his crew by working extremely hard to give excellent service from the beginning to the end. Night shift has always worked harder then morning shift and so i only like coming in on night shift any another time is just a mess. A very amazing crew and restaurant they definitely deserve a raise. My favorite ice cream chocolate devotion also my favorite restaurant. John

On September 16, 2024 at 4:07 p.m. or 1607 hrs. I pulled up to Cold Stone Creamery on Robert C. Daniels, to see a young Caucasian woman with a knee brace on her right knee, standing outside vaping. As I exited my vehicle, I walked to the door and held the door for an older black lady behind me. As we entered the premises I noticed the young woman outside vaping came inside. She then walked behind the counter and started trying to service the other customer and myself. I had to ask her to wash her hands to serve me. She then muttered “oh I forgot!” I had to stand there just to make sure she washed her hands properly with soap and water. I’m unaware as to what type of training these individuals are receiving, but as someone who is safe serve certified, handwashing is apart of that course! Someone needs to either properly train or retrain these employees because how can you forget to wash your hands when you work in food services?! I will gladly patronize another establishment!

Came in yesterday to get ice cream with my neighbor and our kids. I ordered and so did the people with me.

The workers waited until AFTER they made my ice cream to say they didn’t have any waffle cones (that’s something you tell the customer WHILE they’re ordering it) The workers looked very annoyed and uninterested .
I politely asked could they make more waffle cones and they all looked at each other and smirked . No one answered me so I asked again and gentleman said that “only managers can make Waffle cones.”
Please hire people who want to work and who have good customer service that was a very ghetto experience.
