The lady who took my order was nice and patient. There was not much of a wait, food was hot and delicious, I even waited until I got home to eat which was about a 20 minute drive. This was my first time trying cookout and it was a great experience!
Update: This is the only cookout I go to, I’m adding this to my review because after going here numerous times now, I simply don’t agree with the bad reviews. My food is always good, my orders are always correct, the employees are always friendly and the trays are always fresh. I’ve tried many different things and I haven’t had a complaint yet.
The Big Double Burger Tray is the biggest scam going on in America today. At this location anyways. Essentially, what you end up with is with a Jr Bacon Cheeseburger from Wendy's but on oversized buns with a ton of toppings to give the illusion of a big burger. After your plate is loaded with fries and whatever, you don't really consider the burger. I don't know if I came during a bad crew shift or if the quality at this location has gone downhill. In either case, the kitchen crew needs to be retrained. Ordered at 4:02 pm January 30th 2025.

I hadn't been to cook out in many years and their drive through was outdated and the cashier acted like I was an idiot bc I didn't understand her or the menu. ..... also not a fan of the John 3:16 advertising on the cup... ngl

I watched a lady harass the drive through employee calling him a faggot and he asked for the manager and the manager did not do anything. This was clearly a hate crime. Not only did the manager not do anything. It was not his fault and myself and no one we know will go to cook out again. We plan to tell everyone what happen on social media. That poor young man just stood there and took it. Shame on cook out. We have witnessed many things regarding the manager at the Cook out named Porsha, even though that was not her this day she could of done better with her staff. This is not acceptable. And it will be addressed.

Went through the drive-through at about 3 pm. Was not busy. Got my order and everything was wrong. Burgers were burnt and not prepared the way I asked fir them. Simple no onions no pickle. Had both. Sent them back being nice laughing. The girl at the window Nichole told me I hadn't ordered the proper way then once I explained my order again, I received my food still not correct and now cold. Only realized once back on the road. Ive been eating cook out a long time but would not recommend this location. Rude employees and still order was incorrect.

But after 2am, when I'm hungry, as long as it is mostly right, I'm good.
