Terrible customer service. My wife tried to go through the drive thru and had three orders and the lady through the window said “she had to much to order to come inside” we had three meals and she was extremely rude. We have spent a lot of money at this diablos well now we will not. I tried to talk to the manager and instead of being sympathetic made excuses, tried to give him my number so that the district manager could contact me and he hung up.
I am a loyal Diablos customer, but in the last 2-3 months I have witnessed the most unsanitary practices in the North Augusta restaurant on Knox Ave. I first witnessed a employee cleaning the food counter with a towel and the food that was on the counter was pushed back into the serving line containers. I complained to the manager and he said he would talk to the employee. Tonight (1/10/2023) at approximately 8:40PM, I was paying for my food and watched the same (male) employee...read full review
