Jaiden doesn’t know how to obviously deliver food adequately. I have cameras at my house and no one showed up. Been waiting on the order for almost 2 hours. I alway order from this location with no issues in the past until tonight. I’m 8 minutes from this location and obviously shouldn’t have taken two phone calls to be told it was delivered when it was not. I expect a full refund and Jaiden needs more training on customer service and learning the area and where to actually deliver people’s food. If confused, call, knowing our number are on the receipts just in case of an issue. Tonight was absolutely ridiculous. And again I got cameras with no one pulling up and coming to my doorstep to deliver anything Jaiden!

I’m not sure what’s been going on lately, but this Dominos has took a turn for the worst. The last few times I’ve ordered, the pizza has been so greasy and they never used to be greasy at all. The last time I ordered it was so greasy the box was covered and my pizza literally DRIPPED oil droplets when I picked up a slice. I couldn’t even finish eating a slice, my body was screaming for mercy it was making me nauseous. They have also started cheaping out on toppings, there’s one pizza chef who we have never had problems with we *respectfully* call him fat boy and whenever we see he’s in the kitchen we know our pizza is gonna taste amazing; but if it’s not him especially if it’s a female chef they have there, the pizza will barely have toppings and be drenched in oil. Going to have to order from a different Domino’s at this point or just get pizza elsewhere all together.

Still waiting 2 hours for my delivery. Driver Anthony is completely drugged out. Heard him on the phone. Couldn’t find my house. Tried to help him and he got mad. Told me I could drive to him.
Ryan answered when I called in and said “what do you want me to do, I can’t help if drivers lost”
Told me I had to contact corporate to get my $35 dollars back.
This is completely unnecessary and I’d like to see these guys talk tough to my face the way they did.

Most of the time they get right. Smoking hot pizza. This time they fumble the ball big time. The pizza was hard as a brick. I realized it after one slice. I think I'm going to give Domino's pizza on 13th street a break. Don't worry about me for a long while. Trust broken.

Pizza driver called at 744 to tell me he is leaving the store. I ordered my pizza at 630. The timing is excessive. He calls because he doesnt see my address in his gps. After I get him here, I take the pizza and its cold, of course. I tell him to take it backand remake it or refund me. He goes to his car and comes back. Just take this one and ill give you a free pizza in the future. Yeah...no thanks. Had the same issues with Pizza Hut. Is there any pizza place in North Augusta that can deliver a hot pizza?

We had a recent issue with one of our pizza orders and it was resolved and handled courteously and efficiently by Chris the store manager. We recommend that he be given a promotion to Area Mngr to lead others to establish this manner through out your company’s employee system. Susan and Bill Regan new to SC FROM CT

Parker rocking it like a BOSS! Aftering seeing all that she does in person…I will be ALOT more patience with pizza establishments! Thank You Advanced Auto Parts for being so kind in there today! So if you’re enjoying pizza in the Augusta/North Augusta area….y’all give a shout out to my hard working, dedicated little Boss Lady! Thanks for making us lunch! Hands down best pizza and parm bites are made by you!

I don't enjoy this, but after getting the wrong order AND missing items, I called and simply asked for a credit on my account without being rude. I was told by a manager I had a credit with this particular store yet when I call now they have no records or notes on my account(and yes they have my name and number logged).
This is my local Domino's and out of principle I can never buy anything here again, what sucks is I bet if I was a rude MF I would have gotten compensated.
