Usually very good, but today the middle of the pizza felt doughy and soggy, and they forgot sauces and drink. We went through the drive through and the guy working just walked off before we could ask for them. Very unprofessional. Im not sure if its bc its Saturday and theyre tired or fed up but still they need to double check to make sure theyre not forgetting anything.

So I have order pizza with them more than 10 times this month, at first they were good, then they ended up coming 1hr 30min late, they driver so very nice and apologize and I let it go. After that it was more than 1 hr late. Last week I order pizza(Philly steak), they came late n the pizza was late and it was cold, so my daughter called n they said they will replace with a free pizza, took all my info. So yesterday I called first. They said that they don't see the free pizza n because my daughter like pizza I ended up using my point, then I got a message that my pizza was delivered so I called n I spoke to the manager and he said she pass it but she turned around, wait another 20min n then the "manager n he said his name was chris" then told me that she been calling me n I asked for the number she called, n it was wrong. So he said she's right there.... 15min later I got fed up n just cancel it but they didn't put my points back. So I called and the manager said he'll call me back to tell me what they gonna do about the points and that was 3:30ish n I'm still waiting? Idk if it's a new manager or what but that's messed up, I been buying ther like once or twice a week but now I'm thinking bout going to another place

Thank you to one of the first businesses that opened after Helene. You made sure my husband and I got something in our bellies after being without food for almost two days. Being two broke teenage kids in our first apartment, we had no idea what to do after this disaster. Our family is over two hours away. Thank you for giving us a bit of comfort.

This place is clearly doing a health and food safety violation. The guy is standing by the mop area in the back ( which you can see from the front door) and smoking inside the restaurant. And than without washing hands he is making pizza. The other lady is eating by the pizza making station. Taking a bite of her food and making pizza without wearing gloves and without washing her hands which are dirty from her own food. This is ridiculous. This happened on 07/09/2024 at 11:00 pm.
At 11:00 pm the front doors are closed even for the pick up order where as the sign on the door clearly says lobby open until 12:00 am.
I really hope the owners of this location take some actions and reply back.

Should have read the reviews before ordering. Our delivery order came out of the oven over an hour ago and no driver has picked it up yet. I’ve both called the store with no answer and tried using the online customer support chatbot and gotten nowhere. I would like a refund for this order.Update: it’s 2:40pm… I ordered at 11:54am. The app is telling me the delivery person left the store at 2:16pm with my order. Still not here.
