So the staff here is the best part of this place. They are honestly amazing, at least the ones I have had to deal with. My issue with this place is 3 times I have placed mobile orders for a dozen donuts. Each time I have gone to pick them up and they literally don't have most of what I ordered. I don't understand why in the afternoon, a donut shop is out of most of its donuts. I can understand if it is closer to closing time but 1pm, 3pm and 4:30pm were the times I went....

I love the morning crew. Great friendly personable staff. Even in their fast-paced environment they still take the time to make their guests, feel welcome and appreciated, more than just a customer.

This was the day after Thanksgiving and some places were closed. It was 1:30 in the afternoon and we had a craving for donuts. this late in the afternoon and they still had a good selection. We bought a dozen donuts and we sat down and ate three each. That was our lunch. There wasn’t a lot going on so I can’t say there was much atmosphere. However, it was entertaining to watch the staff all on their cell phones, making comments about things that we had no idea. Donuts were...
