Nothing in my order was done properly.
Get off work at AUMC/MCG after a long and hard 13 hour shift as a floor nurse. I have been looking forward to Firehouse all day. I placed my order online for pick up so I can get home. Well, that excitement quickly changed when we got home to eat. My husband's large hook and ladder had NO MEAT?!?!?!? My medium Tuna sub had no lettuce nor tomato... Without a shadow of a doubt the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Not only did the cashier not thank me, she did not even greet me. She did not make eye contact with me, she truly acted like she has the worst job in the world. Would recommend going to Jersey Mike’s on Washington Road.
