I've been to the other store in Grovetown and am now to the Augusta store today. Across the board, it has been a fantastic experience. The service was so friendly and patient. This is still by far my favorite poke shop in terms of quality, service, and variety. I will say that the white rice was clumpy and maybe dry or overcooked. Things like this happen from time to time at any restaurant. Thankfully, I called in and spoke with the manager, who was very kind and patient as well. I highly recommend Hello Poke, which hands down has the best poke and spring rolls.
Parking: Lots of handicapped and open spots super close to the store front.

The lady that makes my bowls is always really nice and ready to have a conversation. The food is delicious and this is my favorite location
Parking: The parking can be sparse at times since it's a shared lot, but ive always been able to find one when i went.
Haven't tried the food besides Uber eats or door dash but definitely recommend using those services instead of coming in store. In the store now and I'm seriously over rude customer service workers!!

My first experience with Poke was at a Hello Poke. I have eaten a lot of Poke since but Hello Poke ranks as the best. Both Augusta locations are great but this location is my favorite. The staff are awesome. The food is always fresh and at a great price. If you’ve never tried poke this is the place to set the standard.
