I'm sure y'all number have decreased or does it not matter now imma try one more time b4 I throw in the towel

I"ve had good food here, cooks typically are quite good, they deserve a 4. Service is TOO OFTEN POOR, today another customer's strawberry panackes were pouring onto my sweater, JESSICA didnt acknowledge my 3 complaints just realized it was not my order. All 4 of us had cold food, she said I should have complained sooner. Grits side were forgetten, so she removed it from bill. The FREE ON MON/TUES CHILD PLATE COST $4.39, plus tax. I save my receipt to return and discuss w mgmt. Not sure I will return for food. Most tables were full but they werecnot busy!!! Bad attitude, bad customer service, and spilling red syrup on me 3x was TOO MUCH! JESSICA!

Just left and checked the 3 orders when I got home (I started to check it before the left, as is my usual habit, but I was running late to work), so I was quite surprised to see that no cheesy eggs or turkey sausage were in my French Toast Platter, no hash browns were in one order, but I had 2 cups of fresh fruits! I called the number on the receipt but it's no good. I'll return and see what happens. TBH, they were very busy. The place was clean and quiet, the staff were very friendly and professional. Worst huddle house experience. The staff dragging they feet cook and waitress. No hair net or gloves with covid on a rise again I will never eat there again. Think the cook was high and all signs point to the cigars hanging out his back pocket. Old food reheating meat. Disgusting need to close it down.

This place is trash. Went in about 11am. One server working because the other server sat down in the corner and refused to do her job. 20 minutes later, the one in the corner hops up and starts yelling and cussing at one of the other workers. Turns out she had called a few of her friends up there and then walked around the restaurant trying to fight one of the other workers. Never got our food. Walked out after, who I'm assuming was the manager, "shut down" the restaurant because of the argument. The only good thing was our server who took on an extra table to take care of us while trying to deescalate the other situation. Should fire everybody but her, especially the lazy ignorant one who caused the shutdown!
3 because of good service . The eggs were over cooked . I ordered over medium and they were over well . The Bacon was under cooked . The grits were cold . I was just to hungry to complain and risk somebody spitting in my food because of complaining . In their defense I will say it was after a Sunday Mourning rush and the cook might have been tired . A server did complain because I locked the restroom door even though there are 2 stalls . I locked the door because a man was sitting near the bathroom door . As it turned out he works there but just the same I wanted to feel safe is why I locked the door . That's an issue in itself as to where the bathroom is located .

I would give a 1/4 star if possible. We sat at our table for 20 minutes with no acknowledgment. My husband finally got a cup of coffee. Then we sat for another 20 minutes. No one came to our table. They were short staffed and the staff that was there moved like snails. We tried to be patient, however, everyone has a breaking point. We just hit ours.

I used to be an employee of Huddle House and then I found out that the Doordash orders were filling were supposed to be getting tips for these orders to be informed that they are keeping these tips for the company and not giving them to the employees who are filling.
