Ms. Stephanie Lewis is an awesome employee! She is personable, professional, and courteous when speaking with the customers. She made sure to not only make my sandwich exactly as I requested, but cared for it as if it were her own.

Timothee did a wonderful job in making my sub in a tub. He was very attentive regardless of the in attentiveness of the other employees not doing much of anything productive . The person I came with ordered a Philly with no peppers and the cook added peppers we didn’t get it remade we picked it out but it was an over site by an alternative because timothee wrote down everything.

Employees cannot read pickup/delivery orders to save their lives. Order will be wrong 100% of the time.

I order from this location often. This time the sandwich 🥪 I ordered wasn't very good. I will assume they had an off day? Or maybe they have new sandwich employees? But every other time the sandwiches are about perfect.

I pulled up at 8:19pm this Monday evening and yall were closed nearly an hour early . Am I missing something or do you all close at 8

The food and customer service was great, however the store was fairly gross. The door is covered in dark, dirty marks from people's hands, what looked like greasy finger prints, dirt, and just general grossness around the soda machine, lids, straws, etc. I'd probably come back and acknowledge most people probably don't even notice this stuff, but felt like I needed to soak my hands in bleach after leaving lol. Thanks for the delicious lunch regardless.

Great job to the 3 young men that served me tonight. Professional from the time I walked in to the time I walked out. I was there @ around 845 and while most restaurants would have a slight attitude with me for coming in so late wanting a grill sub these guys never once gave me a problem. Food was great store was clean and service was great.

Showed up at 8:57 after a long road trip. I should have never asked if they are still open. Given the choice the guy behind the counter took a full 5 seconds to contemplate before deciding he was done making subs for the night. That's true customer service *sarcasm. I get it, it's late you've started prepping for close but damn dude you do not make that flexible decision soon after being questioned by a patron, you should know when you are still in sandwich making mode or not. When it's clearly before the close time... FFS make the sandwich.

Observed young lady below in the picture grabbing trash off the floor and not washing her hands. Even I observe her putting her dirty hands in clean gloves making a online order.

I didn’t catch the staff name this morning on 10/6/2024! We have been effected by hurricane helene and there willingness to help and smiles where so comforting !! They truly love there job and we appreciate it !!

I just went to this location on Robert C Daniel. It was 8:49 and I asked if they were closed. The lady told me that I had 4mins to order and I said I want a 99. She proceeded to put the meat slicer machine back together. Once she finished she just stared at me and I repeated that I want #99. She then said oh my grill is shut down. I used to work in fast food and even have managerial experience. I’ve been in customer service for 15yrs so I completely understand how it feels when a customer comes at closing, that’s why I asked prior to ordering. This was a waste of both of our time just for her to act like I was such an inconvenience to her. Very much ghetto and I definitely do not recommend this location. Washington Rd location would NEVER!!!
