Ordered on DoorDash and got out order stolen. Don’t know how and maybe it’s just due to piss poor service and them not caring. We only had one dasher and they said another dasher came in with the same order before them and they gave it to them. You always have to wait for chicken to be cooked they will tell you it will be 25,35,45 minutes for chicken to be cooked this is KFC the chicken should already be cooked and to make things better they never have any hot sauce and they make you pull up and have you wait in the car until you have to get out and get your own food

Absolutely the rudest person working the drive thru. Unless you want all of your customers to never come back, I'd advise hiring someone who has some decent people skills since this is the hospitality industry. She's going to run everyone away with the nasty attitude that's even presented at the drive thru menu to order. To reference, it's 9/18/24 @ 1:34 pm.

I don't get this particular location. Everything I go there I have been told it will take 45 minutes before my chicken gets cooked. SMH. I don't get it bc once it was right before rush hour, so why hasn't the staff cooked any fresh chicken knowing that the customers are coming to place an order. For now own I will just across the bridge to NORTH AUGUSTA to get my chicken. Walton Way has to do much better with service to the people!!!

I've had pretty lousy luck with eating out lately. So my expectations weren't high, but I was honestly blown away by this KFC tonight. The food was ready so fast, everything was absolutely DELICIOUS, and the service was awesome! AND the price was incredibly good! Thank you for being amazing ❤️
