We came here to celebrate a birthday. The place was packed, and even though our party wasn’t very large—11 people—we still had to wait about 15 minutes to be seated despite having a reservation. The seating arrangement didn’t really accommodate our group well, and we were seated very close together.
The prices were slightly cheaper than our usual spot, Miyako’s, and we soon understood why. Our cook was fantastic—very entertaining—and even gave me plenty of complimentary sake. The shrimp and chicken were good, but the steak quality was disappointing, with a lot of fat.
My daughter wouldn’t dance for her birthday, so I ended up dancing instead—probably thanks to all the sake! Overall, we would only return here as a last resort. The other places we prefer were fully booked for the date we needed.
Joey was an excellent server. We enjoyed her speediness, good listening, and kindness. Nick was a great hibachi chef! The best hibachi chicken I’ve ever had and enormous portions. My husband got the ribeye and it was so tender. We can’t wait to come back!

We’re not from this area, just stopping in and wow!!! I’m a hibachi lover, this place exceeds any hibachi restaurant I’ve ever had. Our chef, Nick (I think is what they said) was AMAZING! Hilarious, amazing vibe, friendly staff, food was phenomenal.

Delicious food and drinks. Atmosphere was good for a Wednesday evening, medium crowd, tables had celebrations with singing. Service was rather prompt ( I sit at the bar). The menu was broad and reasonable priced.

The wait time was awful. I called ahead and made a reservation, but once we got there it made no difference. We had to wait over an hour to be seated. The lobby was packed. So .any people left and didn't want to wait. The person who answered the phone should have been honest and advise that making a reservation on a weekend didn't guarantee setting.
