The food here was great especially the Junk Yard fries!!! It was a quick on the go meal. The employee at the drive thru was awesome!!! She greeted us with a smile even though it was late & busy!!! Great customer service!!!

I ordered the pup combo, which comes with a regular,plain pup, a chili cheese pup, a corn pup, fries and drink. The buns on the regular pup and cc pup were so hard, I could have burst a window with them. The hotdogs were cold. The corn pup taste like it was recooked. The fries were the only food that was decent. The cashier was nice but the food was horrible.

The employees were great but it being a restaurant big on breakfast, they did not have biscuits. So it was either toast or waffles for our sandwiches. To make it even more uncomfortable, the AC wasn't working... Very hot in there!

After asking and requesting 12 krystals with cheese. EXTRA PICKLES, ONION AND MAYO. She then proceeded to I interrupt me a few times to let me know she heard me. The krystals ARE PLAIN! So I am home putting extra on everything while giving this lunch lady the worst review!!!!!

I have had the guy who works for me come through for my breakfast for quite some time now. I donât know who works in the mornings but you give them an order and itâs never right! I am also being told that she isnât very friendly. Customer services keeps your doors open. I am sure your numbers have been dropping over the years. The services is doing the same thing!! DROPPING!
Had a large order and staff were very helpful in getting order placed, asked appropriate questions. Didn't take long as I thought it would. Very efficient & tasty.

I would like to say I've been out of state for many years. It was absolutely refreshing to have hands down best service I've had in years. Aaron at front counter was so patient and respectful. He was kind and warm welcoming. I have to say this is the service I deserve. Kudos to Krystal's for hiring a great employee

I walked into Krystalâs not for nourishment, but for absolution. What I got was a paper bag full of culinary malpractice and emotional sabotage.
I paid $17 for five sliders and two Crystal Chicks, and the only thing that came out hot was my shame. The burgers were 80% onions, 20% surrender, and the Chicks? They didnât taste like chicken. They tasted like someone washed disappointment in dish soap and slapped it between two sweat-soaked buns.
I asked for food. Krystalâs handed me a test of character.
And I passedâbecause I ate every last bite. Not out of hunger, but out of some primal need to prove I could.
Every slider was a tiny edible eulogy for my dignity. The Crystal Chick? A sandwich-shaped threat.
Krystalâs isnât food. Krystalâs is a mirror, and if youâre unlucky enough to see yourself in it, you might just realizeâŠ
