The big Mac meat was cold. This particular location never meet the norm as l standard. They get your oder wrong, the service is horrible, you wait forever, the employees are rude. I only go as a last resort.

The fries tased like old grease and when I went the other day and they gave my food to someone else but today when ordered I had a online order and I waited for 20 minutes so I went in and they did not even fix my food and then after they fix the food they gave it to someone else

Probably one of the worst McDonald's in the area of highly recommend choosing a different location to spend your money with this location should be shut down poor customer service horrible horrible attitude from the employees Don't spend your money here or go elsewhere

I used the drive thru. It is extremely slow, and often they either don't get your order right or they are out of something, and of course you have to wait to order, then wait to pay and then wait at the pickup window and then wait in the parking spot for your order, which is often not right. Incredibly slow and not at all friendly. Food isn't a problem, at least for me, but expect to wait at least 20-30 minutes for your food and your blood pressure will peak due to aggravation with the staff. Also, their big sign got damaged by the hurricane in September and is still broken, over 5 months later. I think this is a reflection of the poor management at this location!

I have sat here since 4:00 waiting on someone to take my order while the whole other drive thru lane has gotten their food and gone. I pull up to the window, the girl seemed not concerned that I’ve been waiting at the drive through speaker for 20 min no one else in front of me. I get to the window order there which was two kids meals, 2 mcchickens and a small fry. I am now parked it is 4:40 and still haven’t received my food. I am extremely upset because I’m a prior manager of McDonald’s and know service should be much much faster than this. Please contact me.

If I could give it zero stars I would. Ordered a breakfast order online through the app well enough before cut off. Arrived at this location and they ran out of breakfast before the cut off. Offered no other solution aside from refunding after already sitting in line for 10 minutes. There was plenty of time to drop more breakfast items for the many other people behind us that were probably hoping to also receive breakfast.
Do not stop here. It took over 1 hour to get our food. The store has the odor of a sour dish rag. You can see where the stainless steel under the drink counter was wiped with a dirty rag. The crew needs a lot of training in customer service.
Service is slow. It doesn’t matter if you go in or drive thru, However, it is slower if you go inside to order. I have gone inside to order from this location after lunch hours and the employees ignored me and had me wait 5 full minutes because all the employees were so pre occupied with the drive thru. The fries I received were so over cooked that they were dry, crunchy and almost cool to the touch. I asked for a straw and they said they were out.
