We had to wait a while for our food. Once we received our food my sausage egg and cheese McGriddle had steak on it, I had to wait 10 minutes to get a new one which did not have egg and cheese on it. My mom got a sausage biscuit instead of chicken. The trash was overfilling and the ice machine was empty. There were people in there that had been waiting almost an hour.

Extremely slow in drive thru they do two orders then wait 30 minutes or more before they take next orders with a line of cars waiting to order around the building

I use to go here very morning for breakfast spending at least $30 a week. Decided to go in a weekend and they had the audacity to give me a steak McMuffin that looks like it was cooked the previous day. I wouldn’t have fed that to my dog.

I don't even know why I bother. It's like something I know is going to taste bad but I get it anyway. But today was kind of worse than the others. Found a hair on my nugget and the filet o fish was not giving. Maybe I'm just a big back but they've really gone down, not only in size, but in quality. (Everything in general). There are very big budget cuts visible.

Great amounts of effort can be seen here at this place from time to time but usually the service along with the food is by the book and sometimes can be less than but the folks really do seem to put for their best effort
