Chef is Talented. Food was excellent. (Tho slow). Service also excellent, but had to relay that “the cook is too busy to have your wedge salad chopped”. It takes literally 5-10 seconds to chop a salad. Therefore, management/owner allowing a cook to have that much power - to alienate customers - is failure. C'est la vie. Ps. “Tavern” is the wrong name. This restaurant should reflect its (relatively) sleek ambiance and culinary potential. Any entity can purchase a liquor...
Jordan is one of the best bartenders I’ve had the pleasure of being served by! Always friendly and great at remembering my husband and I’s preferences. Drinks are consistently excellent, and her positive energy really makes the bar a great place to be. We love Midtown! Ask for Jordan!
Service was super nice and very attentive . Manager made sure he came by and checked on us. My shrimp was a little over done but still very good. Drinks were good and made correctly. We will definitely go back back.
