We had a 6:30pm seating, but came little early and was seated at 5:30pm. The staff was very good and kept the water glasses filled. The food was very good and I would recommend 8595 for a quiet and nice dinner option in Augusta. 5 Stars.

The brunch was excellent! The layout of the food just stunning! The prime rib was cooked to perfection! The seafood was plentiful with plump pieces of shrimp, raw oysters on the half shell and several other things to choose from! Let's not forget the lobster Mac and cheese! Of course there were the more traditional things to choose from but these things I listed were the highlight of my meal. Dessert was a problem. Too many wonderful things to choose from! Bananas foster topped with vanilla ice cream was my favorite! It was cooked by a staffer as we looked on as she cooked it beautifully. Presentation stunning. The staff was yes, the hostess with the mostest! For the amount, the holiday, fair price for what was included. Will make it a tradition for our family and friends!! 💝

The food and service was excellent!! My family and I had a wonderful time. The only thing I need to address is the 23% IRD charge and additional service charge that was added to our bill. I am not sure why it was added and why we were not told it would be added to our charge. We were shocked and very disappointed. Please do better to communicate these additional charges. I was not expecting the additional $150 in fees!!!

Incredibly disappointing. Four of our dishes were nothing like what was described in the menu. The grilled peach and whipped goat cheese salad came out as a few slices of apple that had been thrown on the grill and a few crumbles of goat cheese. Without dressing. The cobia got replaced by trout which was not good. The farro was not as described. The charcuterie board was way overpriced. The ambience was fairly good but they had a band with drums which made it impossible to hear. We would never return.

My husband and I visited 8595 Restaurant and Bar for my birthday dinner, and while there were a few highlights, overall our experience fell short. The building has charm and character, but we were seated right by the entrance, and every time the door opened we got a cold draft. The hosts were friendly, but service throughout dinner was slow. Our waitress was polite and seemed to be doing her best, but she had too many tables, so it took a long time for her to come back and clear plates or check on us. We started with the fried green tomatoes and the spinach dip. The fried green tomatoes were fantastic, beautifully plated, and flavorful. The spinach dip, however, was cold with cheese that was not melted, and the bread around it was extremely hard. The server brought crackers instead, which helped a little, but it was still not enjoyable. I appreciated that they took it off the check. For entrees, I had the beef short ribs with mashed potatoes, and my husband had the shrimp and grits. My short ribs were tasty but slightly cold, and the shrimp and grits were made with Bob's Red Mill style red grits that had a thicker texture and were served with a white gravy, shrimp, and sausage. If you are not familiar with that type of grit, it can be surprising because the flavor and texture are completely different from traditional creamy Southern grits. The taste of the grits themselves was not great, and the shrimp had a noticeably fishy flavor that took away from the overall dish. We skipped dessert and ended the night early. Overall, the restaurant had potential, but the food temperature, timing, and service quality need improvement before I would consider returning. I would rate this experience 2.5 out of 5 stars.

We were visiting from Atlanta and Ashley was our server. We had two espresso martinis. They weren’t used with fresh espresso so I’ll rate that 5/10. We had the bread basket and fried green tomatoes 10/10. I had the blackened Cobia and my friend had the fried chicken 1000/10 🙏🏽🙌🏽 Would visit again. Great everything.

We went to the Partridge Inn to celebrate my son's engagement. We were able to make reservations; which was great since we needed to plan ahead and wanted to ensure tables on a Saturday night. The wait staff was friendly and accommodating. Food and service were great. It was a lovely night! Thank you to everyone!
