My boyfriend and I were sick and decided to order delivery last night and Papa John's Walton Way location made us the worst pizza I have ever had. I ordered a large 3 topping, with pepperoni and extra mushrooms, did not get the extra mushrooms. Pizza was not baked enough for the crust to brown, hell, the crust was flat too. I've gotten better rise from a Digiorno. The pizza wasn't even hot. We ate it bc we were exhausted, miserable, and too sick to care, but it was horrible. It really bothers me bc I am too broke for delivery. It cost me a whole hour and a half of my wages to obtain this less than mediocre pizza. I pray for my future vitality that I can continue to simply pick up an extra most bestest from little Caesars.

I Iknew there was a reason I didn’t order Papa John’s pizza, but I went against my better judgment and ordered from them tonight anyway, I ordered an all meat pizza with stuffed crust when the delivery driver delivered my pizza. It was almost 11. I’ll say about 10:30 PM the pizza I received was skimpy on the meat, cheese and marinara sauce. My family was hungry so we ate the pizza I called and made a complaint about the pizza which half of it was gone, but I still wanted them to know that I was very dissatisfied with my order. Well, I was told there was nothing they could do to compensate for my pizza because they put meat on my pizza and we had eaten half. That was my first and last time ordering from them because in their eyes, their pizza was right and it was not tasty at all no meat, cheese and sauce with stuffed crust. that was definitely not what I paid for.

We ordered a large pizza and a papadilla. Both were very subpar. I did request for them to be remaid and the remakes looked worse than the 1st order! The staff was very unwelcoming and did not even care to apologize. I ordered online and tipped.. I just will not be using this location again. I did not feel like waiting anymore or going to another food place. It's late in the evening and I was just trying to feed my family something quick and easy. Sad papa John usually gets held to a higher standard.

Sat down. They came out said they have no dishes or anything. They said the whole place is dirty. They told us they could not serve us.
I've never had a bad pizza from Papa John's. I consistently use 2 different locations for delivery because I work 2 jobs. It is so rare to have this type of consistency in any chain restaurant.

Extremely rude and unhelpful manager Kia. I ordered from the app at 7:05 pm, app says delivery between 7:40-7:55. Great. At 8:20 the app tracker shows our food still being prepared. Called the restaurant multiple times, no answer. After going through the corporate ordering center, they were able to get Kia to answer. She proceeds to be very dismissive and rude. She refused to give me her manager's name or the franchise owner's name. It is 8:45 pm, still no dinner for us. The app is very deceptive, according to the alleged manager, DoorDash does their deliveries. I never order Papa John's and definitely never will again!
