I've never had a bad pizza from Papa John's. I consistently use 2 different locations for delivery because I work 2 jobs. It is so rare to have this type of consistency in any chain restaurant.

Extremely rude and unhelpful manager Kia. I ordered from the app at 7:05 pm, app says delivery between 7:40-7:55. Great. At 8:20 the app tracker shows our food still being prepared. Called the restaurant multiple times, no answer. After going through the corporate ordering center, they were able to get Kia to answer. She proceeds to be very dismissive and rude. She refused to give me her manager's name or the franchise owner's name. It is 8:45 pm, still no dinner for us. The app is very deceptive, according to the alleged manager, DoorDash does their deliveries. I never order Papa John's and definitely never will again!

Today was definitely a pizza day and so glad we ordered from this location! It never misses the mark when it comes to hot, fresh and delicious! If you haven’t tried the cheeseburger pizza you’re missing out on this creation. The cheeseburger Papadia is equally as delicious and the sauce on the side hits the mark! ? ?

Canceled my order while they were on the way. Tried to call the store and waited on hold for 20 minutes with bo answer. No explanation why they canceled my order. Now everything is closed. Worst experience ever ordering pizza. Worst hold music to make you want to hang up and give up. I'm so upset. Do not order from this Papa John's.

Food is good but they hurt my feelings man. They did me dirty...unknowingly of course, but still. They brought me someone else's pizza so I had wait for mine to be redelivered....you know how much pain it causes to be waiting patiently on a pizza man that shows up with the wrong pizza!? Every Thursday is our date night for pizza and this used to be one of the best pizza places around and has been for quite some time. We stopped trying Dominos because of how long it took them to deliver (2-3 hours and still wrong order).In the past two months (8 orders), we have had 6 wrong orders. They've sent us the wrong orders entirely, they've sent us the wrong size pizza (large is 13.5 inches, XL is 15.5 inches), and currently I am sitting with a pizza with something I am highly, highly allergic to (pepperoni) so it has to go straight in the trash. In September, they sent us a pre-order something like 9 hours early.The manager/owner has been sent complaints by Corporate and doesn't respond. Another person just not caring I guess.When the food is CORRECT, the pizza is usually pretty good.
