Hannah is truly amazing I'm not even an expert like my girlfriend is when it comes to making things I was calling to avalanche the Excalibur smh lol But at the end of the day, Hannah knew exactly what I needed and she gave me phenomenal Customer Service. She is really the epitome of what Customer Service really should be when it comes to people being professional but yet personable at work thank you all so much for hiring her, I don't know her position, but she definitely needs to be a store manager in the near future if not already thank you

I came to the store today around maybe 2ish & order a large banana Snoballs inside the store…The two gentlemen that helped me were great but the reason I’m leaving a low review because the shorter boy with curly hair was extremely rude to the female employee that was in the back…she came out from the back to see if they needed any help with the cars at the drive through & the boy taking the order said something about vanilla ice cream & the female employee said let me check if we have some so she went into the side room to look for ice cream & she came out with a reply of we only have chocolate. The boy with the short hair started getting really nasty with her saying she wants chocolate snocream & stuffed with vanilla ice cream the female employee replied back with again we only have chocolate and showed him…the boy with the short curly hair started yelling at her in front of me who is sitting at the table in the store but in front of the other employee and the people at the drive through…you could tell she was caught off guard and embarrassed due how she walked off & went to whatever is behind the black curtains in the back of the store all she was trying to do was be helpful and she got her head bitten off for no reason…I will say this she handle that situation a lot better than me because if that was me I would’ve not been so kind to that boy.

Best place for snowballs in the city. The similar Aiken location is best for snowballs in that city. But, you should get here before you go there. The staff is perfect for the venue.
2022 According to local New Orleans Snoball stand, a large sugar-free is only $5.00...and it's New Orleans. I can't understand the new prices. The cup is now much, much smaller with higher prices?! Why does that make sense? I've been a fan of snoballs for decades and Pelican's has met my expectation in service and quality, but if you intend to serve me a $5.00 snoball in a $2.00 cup then it might be cheaper for me to drive to New Orleans. My wife and I are very confused.

We ordered two snowballs and the girl named faith only handed us one, and when we talked through the Window to let her know she misunderstood our order, she turned to her coworker and mumbled something rude under her breath, before condescendingly telling us that she could remake them the way we wanted. To which me and my friend uncomfortable at this point politely declined. This is my favorite pelicans and I’m very disappointed in the service and treatment I received today
