Me and my friends go to Pelicans all the time and specifically this one a lot due to it being open all year around!! The service is always wonderful and the vibe and atmosphere is just so fun to be in!! I usually get the tiger blood with gummy bears it’s not too sweet and not sour at all it’s in the middle which is what I like! I highly recommend trying out pelicans!!

I don’t normally leave google reviews but I had to leave one because my experience tonight was the cutest thing ever & the customer service was beyond amazing. When we first walked in we were greeted right away the lady behind the counter was super sweet to my 5 year trying to help her pick between the Barbie and unicorn. She explained the difference but my 5 year old had picked her favorite the unicorn. What made it sweet is that the lady interacted with the whole by asking her how she was liking school and what grade she was in. She was just making the interaction awesome but she didn’t have to talk to her or anything all she had to do was make her snoball and just do her job but she sent above and beyond. I asked for her name and she replied with Nicole. I want to thank you by making my daughter laugh and giggle. Whoever hired Nicole you picked a good person to work at that store. I will be going back.

Not that great. We had the Rasberry and Chocolate but there was only a hint of Raspberry. It tasted like eating snow. Even our teens did not finish there's. No flavor. They were very busy and space was cramped.

Pricey for flavored ice but being able to get a New Orleans type snowball in Georgia is worth it! I never see anyone in Georgia add the condensed milk on top but trust me it's a thing!

Great snowcone, bad service. Young girl with braces is dishonest and a thief. Hopefully not stealing from the business too since she has no problem smiling in a customer's face before stealing. Rather than using the money I asked to forward for the car behind me (gave her 10 for my 3.50 order so 6.50 should have gone to the other order) she was going to pocket it until the woman behind me (my aunt) asked if I had paid partial. I put money in the tip jar outside while she was getting my order. As someone that has had to work solely for tips a good portion of my life, it's sad that these kids that don't know the value of money can't do an honest job.

I love a good sno cone. My first visit. Their customer service was great. Very helpful and friendly. The choices were unbelievable. I recommend going and enjoying. I’m going back today.
Waited at the window for 10 minutes. Employees carrying on while looking at me through the window laughing. Finally just drove off after not being acknowledged.

So we found a new family fave! It was so hot we needed something to cool down and we decided to give this place a shot. Staff was sl friendly, efficient, and prices were reasonable. We tried 8 different flavors and they all are faves, lol!

We love Pelicans! Quality always depends on who is making it. This last visit resulted in a couple of our orders having no flavoring in the center.
