Pizza Hut managers need to do something about this store. I called at 3:30 to place an order and was told, “We’re closed right now. Can you call back later”. If you’re closed why answer the phones? So I asked why were they closed and the guy says “We aren’t really closed. I ordered online for delivery, waited over an hour for my order, never received it. Called to cancel the order and all I got was "Sorry"? Really? Sorry? I called back a few minutes later and spoke with the manager. She wasn't any better. The customer service at this location is abysmal and pathetic. Pizza Hut should be ashamed of having that poor of customer service. They just lost a customer that's for sure!
