They always cancel an online order for me at the end of the day. 30+mins for an order so they have ample time and I already paid. Now I have to wait 3+business days. How do you run out of product every SINGLE TIME.

I am an Uber driver, and every time I get an order for this particular restaurant, there is one worker whose name I do not know that refuses to make any of my customers orders if it is anywhere close to closing time. Always states that they are out of product! Other employees have told me that he’s not supposed to do that and he should make any orders that comes in before closing. This affects business, my customers get their food, and I don’t get paid! Whoever he is, I hope the manager sees this and knows that he was working tonight November 4 at closing. Whoever that guy is really needs to be fired because he’s hurting your business!

TWO HOURS. We ordered our pizza at 7 for delivery, got a notification that our pizza was delivered at 8:06… an hour later. Never got it. Called and they said it’s not delivered but it’s on the way…it’s now 9pm and the driver is “still not finished making deliveries”. Order cancelled. Please go elsewhere.

The young lady Angel, who said she was a manager at this location decided to tell me after I received an “incorrect delivery” that she knows my delivery was correct because she packed the order herself. These kids are too young to know what customer service is. Never again.
