I order my food for delivery and I'm less then 10 minutes up the road. It took almost two hours for my food to get here

I used to order frequently! Stopped because I was lied on and too! I was originally told that I would receive the wings I ordered not the ones I received Almost 20 bucks! For dissatisfaction is a bit high! They have yet to make this right even after filling out a survey! Tighten up!

So on 11/29/24 I made an online order and it later was canceled. I called up there to see why the order was canceled and they stated they don’t take orders a hour before closing. I then proceeded to call again and got another employee and the story change to they ran out of “all products,” so they closed the store at 11pm, when the store doesn’t actually close till 12:15pm. Very unprofessional and actually losing the store money this is not the first time this has happened! Bad reflection on night management and staff.

The pizza is always hot tasty and on point. The Georgetown location is doing the darn thing, I drive to this location every time I want pizza and those delicious fries. Great job Pizza Hut and thanks for also having the best customer service around!
Vegetarian options: You can get a veggie pizza and melt. They also have other options on the menu.
Parking: Lots of parking on both sides of the restaurant for customers.
Kid-friendliness: They have plenty of options for children.

I ordered for pickup, on a Tuesday night, & spent almost $40 & not much else is open. I come drive up here & the lady tells us (with an attitude) they’re “Out of product, & somehow they’ll have everything fresh in the morning” (How will you have product immediately when you open in the morning?) We were also told that “they tried to call us.” We received no call, & neither did 4 other cars we saw pull up to also receive nothing. This is ridiculous & unprofessional. We are all starving now, thanks.

Jasmine at the window was exceptional she even upsold us a 2 liter while we were waiting. I work for the City of Augusta. I have trained employees on etiquette and people skills she had a smile on her face and she did a GREAT JOB!!

I place an online order. When I got there the young girls in the inside started that I wouldn’t add a drink at the window, I had to park and come in to add a soda. Pulled you to the drive-thru to receive my food I didn’t get any sauce that I had added on the online order. When I asked for them she stated I have to come in the inside to receive them. Never again.

I ordered online and I was supposed to have my food delivered curbside. It was taking too long after I saw that it was ready so I went in. I still had to wait b/c the cashier was waiting on a child to come back in and pay for an order. If it weren’t for the long wait I would’ve gave 5 stars. The food was well prepared and still hot when I got home.
