I did the drive thru. The process was great, the food was very tasty, though a bit on the greasy side, and prices and service were fine. I like their menu, and recommend this location!

I ordered 3 large meals. They hand me everything, but the mac and cheese and had me pull around to not hold up the line. 30min later I walk in and the worker admitted to forgetting about me. Then got an attitude when I wanted my order to be remade. Then didn't put any condiments in the bag and ironically left out 2 of my sides. This place is trash.

I waited 30 minutes for the car in front of me to order just one car in line. I left after that or would have been late for my next appointment..fast-food not fast.. Sorry Popeyes has been a goto for years just not anymore.

Food was good , service was OKAY...the location could use some cleaning.....

I don't know what happened to the restaurant when we came in. It looked like someone had a fight. The tables were missing and chairs were missing. We ordered and it took about 15 minutes to get my food. I ordered spicy chicken but got mild. By the time it came out, I was just waiting for so long that I just ate the mild.

Was on a 24 hour long car trip and this was the first place we came across for a long stretch of highway. Stopped here to get food for my wife and son and I. They didn't have any chicken tenders or nuggets for children and were rude when they told us this through the speaker. They actually raised their voice and said they don't serve kids. Needless to say we left because of their rudeness. Was fully prepared to spend 40-50 dollars to feed my family but the cowards must be allergic to money and doing their job. This was on December 7th 2024 around 9pm. Do yourself a favor and don't take your family to this establishment, there is a Culver's not even 15 minutes away that the staff there was phenomenal and Culver's food tasted so much better than Popeyes the chicken at Culver's is tender and juicy and way better than Popeyes. Also the building was disgusting and looked like they don't clean. Was a homeless person asking for money In the parking lot as well.
