“I was in the area for St. Patrick's Day weekend, and HAD to check out this place with the fun name. I was hoping to get a tank top or hat, but the merchandise was pretty limited. It was dark and quirky inside like a dive bar should be. We ended up coming back and grabbed a pizza that was surprisingly good. Worth a stop. Skip if you have young kids. Bartenders dress...ummm..for tips? 😉“

“Highlander is the perfect pub to visit when you're in the mood for great food, strong drinks, and a night filled with unforgettable, albeit questionable, decisions.

The shepherd's pie? Incredible. It's rich, comforting, and clearly made by someone who knows that butter and flavor are essential. If I could, I’d love to shake the chef’s hand—or possibly knight them.

Then there was karaoke. A whirlwind of belted lyrics, enthusiastic dance moves, and a supportive crowd that cheered as if I were headlining a rock concert. Did I sound good? It's hard to say. Did I *feel* like a legend? Absolutely.

Five stars. I would definitely come back, sing again, and even fight someone over the last Scotch egg.“
