Today (5/8/18) I went to the store and purchased a smoothie. Soon after I left the bottom of the cup fell out and pink smoothie poured all over the gray cloth seats of my car. I told the assistant manager (Sam) what happened and she said there was nothing she could do other than give replace my smoothie. I asked to speak with the manager and she refused to give me any contact information, said she couldn’t reach her & to come back when she is working.
