Please share this post in hopes that the owner of Soy Noodle House in Augusta, GA will see it.I would like to talk with them about the deplorable treatment I received the evening of April 19, 2024.After being a patron for over 10 years... I have never been this disrespected by an employee at a dining establishment.Since this is a private establishment.... I'd hate to think the personnel at this establishment are a direct reflection of the owner. But the customer service, manners, tactfulness, conflict resolution, and common courtesy displayed by this individual was severely lacking. No one should be threatened with having law enforcement called on them when asking questions or for an apology in a respectful manner. If you are the owner please DM me for the details. Thank you in advance.

Drive up from myrtle neach to always stop here when I hit town...in 6 yrs I have seen a lot of changes..but today I really saw how down hill the place has become. The service lacks a lot to be desired..when not busy at 3 one would expect great service..its slow and not attentive.Wine selection uses a type of wine that is barely minimum. no more happy or or specials..chicken bite cool and seemed a bit over cooked. The marbled roll good..It is sad the difference in the dining. Experience..from wow to ummm middle of the road..

Unique place, probably the only in the whole world to serve rotten sushi. Otterly disgusting ?? If I could, I'd give this place a negative review. I'm amazed that it still exists!

Food was absolutely terrible. Chicken was hard, not tough, hard. Like it was sitting in a warmer for hours. Could not even bite through it.We received dirty utensils and cups. Service was slow, even though there was no one here. We should have went to McDonald's.

I heard from many this place was great, but personally!!!!! It’s not for me. The wait for food was pretty long, one dish never came in time before we all ate the other items and were ready to go. Alcohol selection not so great, maybe they were waiting for a shipment or something and one dish tasted so horrible we didn’t eat it nor did they take it off the bill and was stated that it’ll stay on because the fact we didn’t like it was personal preference. So that was that. The other dishes were ok, nothing to be like I am definitely coming back here, but if I were hungry and walking down that street I might stop in. The waitress was very nice and willing to help. And she was the best part about it.
Went with new friends. Not big on sushi and didn't find the appetizers listed to be appealing so it took me awhile to get my main course.

It's a chill spot with a laid-back vibe, perfect for grabbing a bite without any hassle. I got seated real quick, which is always a win when you're hungry and not into waiting around. The server was making sure everything ran smoothly. That's always a plus in my book because who wants to be waving their arms around trying to flag someone down when they're just trying to enjoy a meal? Now, gotta be honest, it was a bit hit and miss. The Japanese shumai fell a bit short on flavor. Plus, the texture was kinda gooey, which wasn't doing it for me. The seafood on my sushi rolls felt fresh. Tuna Tartar was the winner of my picks. So, in a nutshell, Soy Noodle is alright. It's not blowing minds with its cuisine, but it's a solid option when you're looking for a decent meal without any fuss.Kid-friendliness: Kids menu options

Terrible service. Never got seated. No one greeted us. After 5 minutes of not being seated/greeted I left.
