When they’re open, it’s great, but the inconsistency with the hours is crazy. Seems like half the time we try to stop by, they’re closed in spite of posted business hours.
I love Starbucks but NOT this one. They water down their drinks (even when you say no water). Used to go here every morning until today when I was actually told they do so when I asked. Sorry, I don’t pay $5.00 for water. 👋🏼
Also convenient to expressway and shopping center

Starbucks in South Augusta is a hit or miss. Some visits are good, others not so much. The White Chocolate Mocha is a refreshing delight, thanks to a friend's recommendation. The vibes were great here, the staff was great and very friendly, and the drinks were made quickly and delicious. There’s definitely been an improvement since the last time some customers visited. The people are nice, and the drinks are good, better than that washed up Krispy Kreme next door. However, the coffee quality can still vary, with some drinks tasting off. Some customers avoid this Starbucks after encountering a rude employee at the window who doesn’t know the menu and makes them uncomfortable. Others were annoyed to learn they can no longer get a cup of water without purchasing something. Despite great customer service from most staff, the long drive to another location might be worth it for a better experience.
