Absolute worst customer service!!!!!!
The young lady wearing a beanie & dark rimmed glasses needs to be fired ASAP!!
Pulled to the window because it was pouring rain i couldn’t hear anything & I was Getting soaked.
When I pulled to the window, she said.
I was rude for pulling up when she spoke & that’s not how they do things around there. I was confused because I never even could speak because she became that nasty with me.

Catherine/Katherine(supervisor) at Wrightsboro Road in Augusta Ga today didn’t remain professional by throwing her headset & talking about my request at the drive through. My drink was made wrong 2 times after taking both of them back during a pandemic she lost her cool in the window & in front of her entire staff. The tapes need to be pulled so you can see with ur own eyes. Way to allow someone to represent your brand. Pathetic never seen such behavior in any establishment....read full review
