The food is good as usual but the customer service is awful.Employees eating on the job instead of taking customers orders.The employees looking at me instead of asking me have I been serviced.I waited for 20 minutes while I wasn't even approached. The service used to be amazing. Whenever I went through the drive-thru I would have a tip in my hand because they provided excellent customer service. Now, it’s just a weird interaction with people that don’t care. Drive-thru (06/09/2023: 12:05pm)

Make sure you check your food and your bag before pulling off in the drive thru. We’ve had to go back several times for missing items and they NEVER put utensils in the bag when you order food that requires utensils.
