Went in there to get a coffee and was ignored until I was forced to leave because I have a job that I have to do in a timely manner and effectively. Wish other places were held to that standard. I was pissed and now I don't get a coffee because the workers didn't feel up to their job...0/10 honestly.

On 06/29/2018, the staff worked like a well oiled machine. Through observation, the staff worked well with one another. One of the barista had a bit of a mishap when a patron's coffee fell on the counter, yet she recovered- cleaned up and satisfied her orders in very little time. I was very impressed by the service since I was visiting from out of town. Good job and keep up the excellent work! I liked the experience with the exception of limited seating inside.

By far my favorite Starbucks in Augusta area! They’ve literally never gotten my order wrong in the three years I’ve lived here. When I go to other Starbucks and they’re terrible, it really makes me appreciate how together this particular store has it. Thank you guys for always being so friendly and getting my order correct!

Very sweet people, I brought cups in to put my drinks in and the cashier and barista were nice and helped me pour the drinks in. There is a very good cup selection. Drinks were made fast and no line to wait in. Store is clean and just a little small but the seating is comfortable. Would go again.

I wanted to start off this review for Salem (I believe that’s their name) at this Starbucks location. They were incredibly nice and pleasant and remembered my name and order before I even spoke at the speaker through the drive through. Shows a lot of kindness and respect by calling me miss [my name] which I really appreciated especially so early in the mornings. Coffee is always excellent and service inside is also very professional and efficient. From what I have observed inside, whenever there is a lot of orders, I can see that they are doing their best to work as fast and accurate as they can. If someone put in a mobile order and they look like they’ve been waiting around awhile, I have observed Starbucks members respond back to their inquiry with calm and respect even though they’re doing multiple things all at once. Chick fil a is known for good customer service by reputation but the current staff at Starbucks at Robert C Daniel can show great customer service while working fast to keep up with the influx of orders

This location used to be on it but they have went down hill bad. New workers are so careless now. They make the drinks any kind of way so however you do order your drink it doesn’t matter. It’s not hard to make a Vanilla Bean frappe w/ caramel drizzle lined around the cup. Starbucks drinks cost too much to just make them any kind of way.

This is the most inconsistent Starbucks in all of Augusta. Please do yourself a favor and visit another location.The new location on Belair road has been a hit every time. The next location that's very consistent is by Mullens Crossing. I'd also say the location by I-20 on Washington rd is also consistent.Avoid this location if possible.

This location is most convenient for me and it's very busy most of the time. I've never had a bad experience here and the staff is always friendly, even when being overwhelmed by orders and in store customers. I don't think some customers realize how many online, door dash, in store and drive thru orders are processed at this location. Sometimes they don't have the staff to process your order in the time frame you desire. Not to mention the crazy TikTok and other complicated special orders some customers request. I appreciate the staff at this location. Customer Service is not easy .

This is the WORST STARBUCKS I’ve been too ! Today was the 3rd morning I’ve went and spent $15 for my drink to be not sweet and bitter ! Starbucks is too expensive to keep giving ppl their order any kinda way ! I don’t know what morning shift got going but they need to do better ! I’ll never go to Robert C Daniel Starbucks again !!!!!!
