Both in house and drive thru experiences here have garnered no complaints from me. The baristas have always been friendly to me and my drinks have never been incorrect. Even if my drink were wrong, because no one is perfect, this staff seems like the crew to make a remake without batting an eye!
I went into this Starbucks after having had one of the worst experiences at the local Dunkin Donuts at 3668 Wheeler rd. I usually go to Dunkin for my coffees but after dealing with the server Angi and their unpleasant staff, I said enough is enough and went to Starbucks! They were so accommodating, had amazing customer service, and everything was done with a smile. I greatly appreciated my experience here after such a terrible one at Dunkin Donuts. They made my order to perfection!...
