It seems like the store is trying to save on ingredients. The drink I ordered barely had any whipped cream on it, and the drink my daughter ordered didn’t have many toppings either. Also, when ordering multiple drinks, it would be better if the staff asked for the size of each drink individually. My daughter wanted a small cup, but the woman who took the order didn’t ask me what size she wanted and just gave her the same size as mine.

They seem to be working out kinks within their store. I say this because everytime I go there’s somebody there doing maintenance or either boxes of Starbucks items out in the store. Items that need to be put out on the shelves. I usually order a White Chocolate Mocha and they’ve never messed that up. BUT one time I ordered plain iced coffee with sugar only and it was so nasty I spit it out and through it away. So I wouldn’t recommend any of there regular coffees at this...

Ok. It is a Starbucks. Not great awareness from some employees. One person interrupted the person handling my transaction and caused unnecessary delay. No proper respect to customer or other employee. Lack of awareness.
