Did this place close?? As we tried to go through the drive through and go inside. Dining room was not open and no one was there to take our order at the drive through, we drove around the building and it was all dark inside, saw no one through the windows and most shades were pulled down over windows. This was about 11:15am when they were to be open

Took forever. Took about 30 minutes to get the right food. The drive-thru speaker was not working right. I could barely hear them and they could barely hear me. All food was wrang up incorrectly. Will not return.

Food is good and affordable but be ready to wait forever. Only one car in front of me in the drive thru and it took 20 minutes for a burger, fries and shake! Every time I come here the wait is ridiculous. But at least the wait staff is nice. Please be faster. I would eat here more often than once every couple of months.

Good food , good pricesAll servers we have had are always very good.Today, we had Amber W.She was great .We had 4 adults and 2 toddlers in our party. We all had combos. Our total was around $36. We brought some of the food home. Everyone was full. Only wish it wasn't after happy hour . Those 1/2 price milkshakes are a delicious treat.

Ordered triple burger fries and a shake, without the bun. Waitress was good, took order and turned it in, never received shake. Removed from my bill. Talked to manager, sorry, only two people working back here. Another man before me didn’t receive his shake either. Fire manager, please or change the name to steak and fries.

A no frills type restaurant. You walk in and seat yourself, usually only have 1 or 2 waitresses and they get your order after a bit. Food isn’t world class, but still good especially for the price. Won’t break your wallet eating here and will fill you up. My only complaint is they did away with their breakfast.

Not only was I served slimy lettuce but there was a hand written sign on the menu board saying “sorry no shakes” I didn’t ask any questions but somehow the car in front of me got a shake.

Absolutely hate myself for not coming here more often I had no idea the food was this good and affordable. I got the garlic butter burger and fries. Definitely will be back

First time we've gone to a steak and shake, and first time I've ordered a garlic burger anywhere. The burgers were fantastic, the shoestring fries were great and loved the milk shake. These things combined with the great customer service, I think we now have a new favorite restaurant , when we go visit Augusta , Georgia. Will definitely return next trip.
