When are you guys opening back up?
This location closed due to bad management (company that owns steak n shake sucks at running it) and I wish that the steak and shake business was sold... NOT
Did this place close?? As we tried to go through the drive through and go inside. Dining room was not open and no one was there to take our order at the drive through, we drove around the building and it was all dark inside, saw no one through the windows and most shades were pulled down over windows. This was about 11:15am when they were to be open
Steak 'n Shake is a restaurant known for its good and affordable food. However, customers may experience long wait times, whether it's in the drive-thru or inside the restaurant. There have been instances where the drive-thru speaker was not working properly, causing miscommunication and incorrect orders. The dining room may not always be open during operating hours. Despite the long waits, customers have noted that the waitstaff is friendly.
