I love surcheros. My first time trying them was in Brunswick Ga. I was excited to find that Augusta had one. The only thing I don’t like about the Augusta location is the staff fixing the orders don’t change their gloves often after touching equipment AND picking up ingredients with their barehands (with the same gloves) instead of changing gloves and using serving spoons to fix customers food. Never know if a customer is allergic to a particular ingredient that the staff...
My family has been coming here religiously for a few months now. When we first found it, everything was great! I would have given 5 stars across the board. Fast forward to present time and they have had staffing change. This was the worst thing to happen to this place.

This is my second visit to Surcheros, and I was reminded of just how pricey it can be. I took three of my children for lunch and ended up spending almost $60 for 2 kids' meals, a veggie bowl, a burrito, and 2 drinks. While the food was good and the atmosphere pleasant, the cost felt a bit excessive for what we received.
