The hotel is beautiful and amazing views of Augusta. You must go to the rooftop. I ordered the blackened chicken pasta. It was amazing. I’m definitely going back.

I have stayed here on a work trip on 3 separate occasions, all for a week at a time, in all different rooms each time; Every single time it has been AMAZING. It’s clean, the A/C is crispy, the front desk staff is helpful and respectful, especially Kedesha (which is the woman that has helped me every time I’ve come) and the valet, bartenders, and bell hops always smile at me and greet me very politely anytime I see them, not to mention they are hilarious! Everyone I have encountered has been more than helpful, to not only me, but all of the people I’ve witnessed, or worked with at my job. If you like boring rooms with no style, and can’t appreciate the beauty, quirks, and architecture of this 118 year old historical hotel; this is not the place for you. This is ✨vintage✨ luxury. The rooftop bar and balcony room I stayed in had great views of the city, it was warm at the bar even on rainy nights. The other rooms I was in were very spacious and comfortable. It’s in a beautiful upscale looking neighborhood, As a woman that has solo traveled quite a bit I always feel reasonably safe here, I don’t have much trouble ever finding parking. The literal only downside to this place is; the showers are on the smaller side and there is a daily parking fee. I am so glad I was able to call the Partridge Inn my “home” away from home, I have already booked my next stay here!

I wanted to like this place, I really did. They have walk out terraces and beautiful views. Honestly this place is a joke. They make you pay $20 per day for parking when your already a guest staying at this overpriced hotel. They painted the garage, coned it off, and didnt even let anyone know to get their cars out. Hot water in shower only lasts 5 MINUTES. Service at roof top bar was non existent. We asked for 2 specialty cocktails to which he said he didnt have the ingredients and had to go get them downstairs, seriously?? He acted like this was a huge inconvienance too lol. We also had to go up and down 2 flights of stairs to get to our room. I had my dog who has arthritis with me, you cant put ramps in for peoples luggage?? Honestly the snobby vibe here and overpriced everything is not worth it.

The fire alarm went off about every 30 minutes in the evening. When I called the front desk to ask, if we need to do it evacuate, the answer was oh I don’t know, it’s probably just a short in the system. This did not inspire any confidence. The Setting is lovely. The food was excellent. the bartenders on the roof were aggravated when we wanted to order food because they said the kitchen was downstairs only, so there is some definite room for improvement.

I made a reservation they couldn't find my reservation for more than 30 minutes When my guess had arrived valley Walk to the car look at her With all her bags and then walk away But when they saw me come out the hotel to help her with her bags they offered to get the door i Tried ordering room service from the Room 5 times and got hung up on 5 times I had to use my cell phone to call the restaurant to order the room service And had to do that twice because the first time they hung up on me and on top of that I booked a king size bed in the room and got a Queen It is indeed a beautiful hotel But what does that matter If you're not getting treated like you shouldI'm just going to be real with you You have black people running this hotel As a black guest I did not get the same Is treatment Or hospitality As your white Customers Like when my guest arrived and I guess because she didn't look or dress like you're usual guest she was ignored by your parking staff and when I first checked in The lady's at the desk was checking in a white couple And asked is it there's their first time here And gave them a whole run down of what the hotel has to offer and everything I'm guessing that's the usual script You guys use Because you did it for like 3 or 4 people while I was waiting for my reservation When my reservation finally did show up I didn't get that script I got we have 2 rooms available would you like 1 or 2 key cards Have a good day I don't know where the restaurant is or that y'all had one I didn't know what floor the bar was on I don't know where or when breakfast was or nothing and its sad to be Treated this way by your own kind my money spend the same why can't I be treated as such So keep your Half apology You should attempt it to email me like you do everyone else Well almost everyone else And I wouldn't had to put the real real truth up here But yeah no thank you I would rather stay at a Days Inn Basically the same service Then stay here again for $250 a night and get treated like thatRooms: Ordered a King size bed and got a Queen but the bed was super soft In the room was cleanFood & drinks: They have a restaurant and a Bar The restaurant has some really good food

My spouse and I were in town to see family and we stayed at The Partridge Inn for three nights. It was the absolute worst hotel experience of our lives. Here were the myriad problems: we could not get the TV to work, so maintenance had to come to our room three times; we did not get housekeeping the first full day of our stay (no clean towels, no more toilet paper, no clean glasses, bed not made; trash not taken); the phone in the room stopped working on the last day we were there; the room looked as though a 5-year-old had painted and wallpapered (there was green paint on the white blind covering the bathroom window; there was paint gunked up in corners; there was bubbling wallpaper in the bathroom); the shower had an icky shower curtain and an incredibly small shelf in the stall for toiletries; the office chair in the room looked as though it belonged in the trash: the leather/vinyl was rubbed off; the carpeting was frayed at the bathroom entrance, as though a cat had clawed it . . . for years; there was no bathmat in the bathroom, so we had to ask for one; and we asked the front desk for additional towels and washcloths, which were never delivered. Insofar as the restaurant experience, we arrived late our first night and needed a bite to eat before retiring. The restaurant on the second floor was not crowded, but the staff acted as though they were in the weeds. We ordered the lobster mac and cheese to share. The mac and cheese was so incredibly salty that we could not finish it, and -that is saying a lot considering my spouse and I tend to lean toward somewhat salt-heavy dishes. When I told the waiter the dish was too salty, he was dismissive and said, "Well, seafood is in it." When he brought the check, he dismissively said, "Sorry it was salty." There was no discount whatsoever for the horrible $26 dish. If the hotel experience had been wonderful, or at least acceptable, we would not think a thing about the fact that there are no ramps anywhere. We would think it charming that the hotel has continued with its bygone era of NOT adding ramps for luggage. However, there is nothing "charming" about The Partridge Inn. I do not understand why luggage carts are offered. We had to carry heavy luggage up the steps to get the hotel, place our belongings on a cart, only to take the cart up the elevator and have to leave it there, due to the steps all along the route to our room. There was absolutely no benefit to using a cart. We let our Augusta family members know how incredibly disappointed we are with the experience at The Partridge Inn, and if we visit again, I would prefer to stay at a campground in a tent.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!! CREEPS WORK or STAY HERE!!!! Don't stay here unless you want to have someone to come into your room at 3am and take a picture of you while you sleep!! CREEY AS HELL and yes I'm filing a police report! While switching phones with in the past week, My girlfriend located some pictures in her phone of us sleeping at this hotel! NO ONE ELSE was staying with us. WHO CAME IN OUR ROOM?! When I called to complain the Manager told me that what I have said happened was impossible. When asked if they were able to access cameras and key history for the room I was told that they do not have the cameras in the hall and the locks were recently changed so they were not able to pull the key history REALLY, this is a HILTON backed Hotel and they don't have the basic necessities to keep you safe! Called the local Sherriff's office and i have to wait until I'm back in town In order to file a report. AGAIN, if you value your privacy, and safety, DO NOT STAY HERE!!

It is historic, so accept that it is an 117 year old building. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Bathrooms are well appointed and up-to-date . Only complaint would be pealing chairs.

This hotel is so neat that I'm going to gloss over the flaws that come with a historic building and give 5*.The heat worked well and the room was cozy and comfortable. The $10 million rehab of the old building is apparent. My only complaint was inadequate hot water, and that seems unrelated to an old building. That said, this building is a legend. It looks like 3 or 4 old buildings melded into one. The floor in our room was so unlevel a ball would roll down it (classic old building style). The view from the hill this place sits on is beautiful and nestled in the old, mansion neighborhood part of the city. What a gem.

Harvey was wonderful! He greeted me with a smile and professional conversation during my short visit. He was able to answer my questions and give me confidence about my visit.Noteworthy details: The detail in the building and the location made for an oo and aw type of experience. It was quiet though off of a busier road.
