I was pissed! We were NOT GREETED OR ACKNOWLEDGED. A COUPLE CAME IN AFTER US AND EXPERIENCED THE SAME. THERE WAS A CAUCASIAN GUY WITH A CROSS TATTOO ON THE RIGHT SIDE OF HIS FACE JUST AT THE COUNTER TALKING TO A CAUCASIAN LADY AND CONSTANTLY CHECKING HIS PHONE!! THEN THE COUPLE SAW A GENTLEMAN LEWVE SO THEY SAT AT THE COUNTER AND WAS TOLD TO WAIT UNTIL IT WAS CLEANED WHE THE GUY WAS STILL JUST STANDING THERE😡😡😡

First red flag 🚩 7-8 am on a Saturday morning completely empty. Ordered cheese eggs, hash browns and bacon. Hashbrowns had what looked like black particles that had been scraped off the grill mixed throughout. Bacon also covered with these same dirty black pieces of whatever it was. Coffee was lukewarm. Never again for this location.
Walk in hoping to have a grate dinner . I was told it will be a 30min wait because grill is bing cleaned I guess the other one is broken smh As they joke and play around I guess it’s one way to keep customers away and not do anything . So much for 24 hrs /
I 100% agree with other customers that the food at this location is ok but the service is absolutely terrible!!! The service is so bad that I would rather drive out of the way to eat at another restaurant. The weekday daytime manager does not seem happy with her job and definitely needs training on customer service and professIonalism. You can not take your frustration out on the customers and expect them to return!!! BTW both restaurants in Evans are wonderful. The food and customer service has been top notch!
