We cannot even enjoy coming here anymore due to an extremely loud waitress behind the counter. Her voice sounds like she's on a loud speaker laughing or when mad shouting angrily until all we want to do is leave. It's a shame when you pay to go enjoy a nice meal and this happens. She had been there for months. I cannot believe she is still working there. She needs to tone it down.
Employee told me delivering cream and sugar with the coffee "...was a hassle but we are going to do what we going to do, and get through it" also did not bring our waffles and tell our meal was finished and both waffles looked like they were barely cooked, one was broken into pieces. I ordered the biscuits and gravy (actually it was a single biscuit) and the advertised strawberry waffle with whipped cream on top. The best part of the meal was the biscuit and gravy. It was better than what I’ve had at most restaurants, but the biscuits and gravy at Pilot Flying J is still significantly better. For the strawberry waffle, I thought it was a little too mushy (I prefer a more spongy waffle). And the whipped cream wasn’t really cream, but rather a whipped topping...
