Nyalise has no urgency at all. I placed an online order but my food was not ready. When it was ready she took her sweet time getting my food. She needs to be trained on customer service and multi tasking.
Last week, after a disappointing breakfast at our hotel, my colleague and I decided to try the Waffle House on Washington Rd. Right from the start, the staff was friendly and welcoming. We chose to sit at the bar, where we could see the cook skillfully managing multiple orders. The menu, though simple, offered exactly what we wanted. Overall, the food was amazing but I couldn't enjoy myself for real because my server Stacy had a terrible attitude which made it feel unwelcoming and it affected the service I received.
