Last week, after a disappointing breakfast at our hotel, my colleague and I decided to try the Waffle House on Washington Rd. Right from the start, the staff was friendly and welcoming. We chose to sit at the bar, where we could see the cook skillfully managing multiple orders. The menu, though simple, offered exactly what we wanted. Overall, the food was amazing but I couldn't enjoy myself for real because my server Stacy had a terrible attitude which made it feel unwelcoming and it affected the service I received.

Coming from Europe, I just had to try out Waffle House. It didn’t disappoint — the food is deliciously comforting, but, above all, the hospitality is unequalled. Ms. Stacey is most attentive, thoughtful and kind — she perfectly does the Waffle House service reputation justice.
