Normally I love this Zaxbys but tonight I got a Cobb salad and it was full of slightly wet, dark green, wilted lettuce so I picked half the lettuce out and then ate a bit and came across an eyelash in my food…. Pretty appetite destroying. Again, they normally do great but I guess since I got a salad half off they did a half ass job at preparing it.
The manager was very nice and helpful. She was actually pretty cool to talk to while waiting for our food. The store was very clean, inside and out. I didn't see any trash in the parking lot, not even a smashed styrofoam cup.
The fault in the food wasn't a result of the cooks. Their recipe is very heavy on breading, which is very salty and sits heavy.

Zaxbys is a wonderful experience and the service of the workers was amazing as well. I got a loaded fry and the food was delicious and the foot was super hot and ready. 10/10 would come again
