The food was hot and made to order but this location took a while to make my mobile order. It is also a terrible location, very congested traffic. I had a hard time getting into the pick up lane and getting out of the pick up lane once my order was ready. I definitely wouldn't want to park and try to walk into the store as the 2 to-go lanes wrap around the entire building.
I hate to be this way and give bad reviews but managers please learn how to talk to people. Please hear the customer out first before building an attitude. I was simply trying to ask of a process and the lady had an attitude saying we don’t do this we don’t have that. I wasn’t mean, rude, or anything just inquiring. It was as one would expect from a chickfila, quick & easy.
The fries just seemed a little over cooked.. hard, but hot & fresh.
