I always get good customer service when I go to this Churchs, my food was cooked fresh and hot out the grease, the people that work their are young but very respectful. I felt good after having a bad day I drive a Dump Truck I got stuck in some mudd and it took the Tow Truck forever to get their, so I blessed 3 people with some hot fresh Churches Chicken.
Drive-thru order. Received my food. Apple pie that I ordered and the window attendant verbally confirmed my whole order was not in the bag. Nor was I charged Ford on my receipt so she missed that one. I also ordered a half and half tea half sweet half unsweet she verbally confirmed it with me at the window, however, I received an Arnold Palmer instead. Long/Short paid for my order and only received half of what I had asked for.
The young man that waited on me was the bomb. First, he greeted me with a beautiful smile and the personality to go with it. He's a keeper. The chicken wings have gotten small. It was the service that will make me return. After I placed the order, he said my pleasure with a smile.
