I am deeply disappointed with my recent experience. It appears that the dish I ordered lacks flavor, as if there was a shortage of spices. Moreover, the portion of oxtails served was surprisingly small, and even the rice was tasteless. Additionally, the cabbage was undercooked and raw. I wonder if there has been a change in the kitchen staff or any other significant alteration. This has been a regrettable waste of money.

I hate to leave this review because I come to this location often being that I work right across the street at the hospital. The food is always good, but for some reason on my last 2 visits there’s a lady who has serviced me rudely each time. She will flip the container upside down and place my food in what is supposed to be the lid. The second time I came in and she did this I asked her to stop doing it and to place my food in the correct part of the container. She argued with me and told me that she was placing the food in the right part and that she would only flip the container around for 1 item (Rasta pasta) but the side of rice and cabbage that I wanted she was going to do as she pleased. I kindly walked out without the food.

The lady that fixes the food acts like you’re the child that she has to feed so she fixes very small portions and charge a lot smh I need to find another location because this one not ITTTT !
