Green Lotus is my go-to for local Chinese food. The vegetables are fresh. They always prepare my food per my request. Dine in is not available yet. I am hoping they will soon. Food tastes so much better when it is eaten as soon as it is cooked into the plates.So. When you are placing an order for more than one you must specify if the order is:1. Two bags - one ticket2. Two bags - two ticketsThat makes the process go smooth and (forget his name) him happy ?I've been going to Green Lotus for 10 years or close to it.P.S. please have your "Dine In" open. The cashier is completely rude. He has NO customer service. I’ve heard about his rude behavior before but today I got to experience it firsthand. He’s vindictive. He claims he’s the owner but I find that extremely hard to believe because an owner would not speak to customers that way. Not to mention there is no more seating so you can’t dine in. It’s like they just want to take your money and get you out of there as soon as possible. TERRIBLE customer service all the way around. Go give your money to a business who will actually appreciate it, NOT this place.

the food is just ok but the highlight is the poor customer service. The person (male) that takes the orders is rude and lacks common sense with extremely poor communication skills. Don't patronize this restaurant that treats customers with blatant disrespect. also, check most recent health inspection from Oct 2023. Score is 70.

This is not a place to sit down and have 3 Michelin star dinning. It IS the best place to order some absolutely top notch Chinese take-out, with no pomp, but simply delicious flavors fast and consistent experience! Worth every penny and my wife and I do not look elsewhere.

Very disappointed for the first time. I ordered a shrimp fry rice, only half box full, I wasn't even full. $12.50 for that price, I can get it from other place, cheaper price with bigger quantity. I won't come back again.

Food was good. This place definitely didn't give the vibe of wanting you to eat onsite. I wouldn't eat at the restaurant again. It was very warm in the restaurant. The guy taking orders was short. Not friendly, seemed to be doing other things rather than just working at the restaurant. But again the food was pretty good. I'd do take out if I was going to eat here again

Service is 0 stars! Cashier has a horrible attitude. You can tell he dislikes his profession. Smells like hot garbage & SEWAGE in the dining area. Not sure how they received an “A” rating. There is no aroma of food in the entire facility. If so it is masked by the odor. Food is a 3/5 pretty decent. The sushi place a few doors to the left smelled better.

I have been a customer of Green Lotus since 2015. The cashier was never that friendly but I ignored his attitude because the food was good. On Monday June 26, 2023 I ordered my standard dish, Chicken Egg Foo Young. My take-out order consisted of 3 nice size patties, however there was NO chicken in the patties. Since the restaurant is closed on Tuesday, I brought my uneaten portion of the patties back to the restaurant on Wednesday. I assumed the chef mixed up my order and forgot to put the chicken in the patties. The unfriendly clerk refused to hear my complaint and insisted there was chicken present, but it was not chicken. It looked like a chunk of egg. Then the clerk asked for my phone number to confirm that I had actually placed the order. Well he found it and I found this ploy insulting, I would not bring food back to an establishment that I didn't buy from. The clerk then questioned my loyalty, and said his records indicate, I had not been in the restaurant since 2020, so I am "NOT" a loyal customer. I couldn't believe this type of scrutiny over a $13.95 Chicken Egg Foo Young dinner. I ordered take-out religiously during and post pandemic and I know he knows my face. By the way, the dinner was originally $8.95 and now it's $13.95. I am not complaining about the increase in price as I know since the pandemic, all goods and foods have increased. Bottom line, I was humiliated and not offered anything to remedy the situation. I am done with GREEN LOTUS. Poor customer service and BAD attitude. Please pay attention to your order. GREEN LOTUS doesn't deserve to be in our community.

I ordered my standard Chicken Egg Foo Young and there was no Chicken in the dish. I have been a customer since 2015 so I simply thought the chef mixed up the order or forgot to put the chicken in the patties. Well, I returned my uneaten portion to show my dish was missing the chicken. The very rude clerk humiliated me, and picked thru the food and showed be a chunk of egg white and said it was chicken. Then he questioned my loyalty and said his records indicate that I had not been in the restaurant since 2020. Unbelievable. I supported this establishment during the pandemic and ordered take-out religiously. GREEN LOTUS does not deserve to be in our community. The clerk is a very rude man. He did not even try to remedy the problem. Check it out yourself. The clerk has always been Extremely rude, however I choose to ignore it because the food was decent, but now I'm DONE with GREEN LOTUS.

I called 18 times trying to place an order. No answer. I get here there’s no customers so I tell the guy at the counter I’ve been calling. He tells me what my number is and says yeah we didn’t answer??….. end of conversation. When I told him I wouldn’t return because of his rudeness he got really emotional. I think he was upset about his haircut or something. ???
