Its O'Charley's so nothing else needs to be said, but the service was not good! After we were seated there was some confusion as to who our server would be so it took 20 minutes to get drinks ordered.....ball drop!

Well, It was one lady working, and nine of us came in to eat. This woman was the bartender and the cook & cashier. The server and she fixed our food and had fresh rolls. She never frowned, and that lady was laughing and joking. I salute her for a job well done. We were there 4/18/2025 Friday night. I forgot to mention her name. Jaquanna D.She deserves her own O' Charley's. Thank you for everything ❤️ ♥️

The manager was so professional! I enjoyed my food very much & zy our server was amazing! 10/10 customer service. I will be back, it’s only a few locations left and this one is phenomenal
