In the morning I went shopping at this location and the lady who took my order seemed a little unhappy with the way she served me, I think it was because I am Hispanic.

this is the best store in town. every time my family and i come here, we get coffees/pink drinks and it’s always 100% the best compared to their other stores around!!! the atmosphere is always nice, neat and very welcoming! (the employees as well!)

Stay in the drive thru line.. the wait inside can be much longer. I waited for 20 minutes for my drink when I should have just went through the long drive-thru line. They are a priority not the people inside waiting. The manager was nice to fully refund my drink for the long wait.

I go here almost everyday. They are super busy .most of the time but they usually manage the orders well. I love that they get my order right every time and make my drink just like I like it.

Even though it always gets extremely busy and I have to wait an extra 15-20 mins for my order (not at all the employees’ faults, it’s on the corporation), the service is always friendly and my food/drink tastes great. If someone with some power reads this, please get this Starbucks some help. I’ve seen many people angrily cancel their orders and walk out due to the severe delay. I’m not sure if they need more equipment or staff but something is definitely missing. Shoutout to everyone working 11/16/24 around noon, y'all rock!

I love that this starbucks is close to home!
However, this is the only Starbucks that ive been to and am unhappy with the service often.. its been plenty of time where my breakfast sandwhich is still cold and my drink is just full of fuzz. It is very busy so the people working here are less attentive. They charge you for oatmilk and they still give you whole milk. I watched the employee just throw extra matcha on top of my drink without blending it. I went inside after going back and forward and asked the young lady to make it. She just gave me what he already had. I left politely and now im here leaving a review.. . I would love to keep visiting this location but it’s becoming more stressful. The drinks ate not cheap to just give out anything

Absolutely worst and slowest Starbucks, you have to order on the app an hour ahead just to get your food/drinks on time. And even then, they still will make it wrong. Do not go to this location.

Drink was ok- café latte not made per my request. LONGEST TIME I'VE EVER HAD TO WAIT, in drive thru. At least 15 mins. The inside was packed as well, alot of ppl in line waiting to order and waiting to receive their orders.

I walked in to the store to my surprise, it gives you a nasty unkept environment. I still ordered a caramel drink but did not enjoy it at all. The dirty counter where they placed my cup lingered on my mind. Went back trashed everything. Waste of my money.

They do get busy but the staff is well organized and freindly. I always order ahead on the app and pick it up, much easier and quicker that way.

The service here is nothing short of awful. I’ve been coming to this location for years, and it just gets worse and worse. It’s on my way to work, I have gotten the same drink for years, for it to be messed up, made wrong/poorly, etc. at least once a week. I get a venti, the staff made a grande. I ask for it to be fixed, and then I apologize, they don’t, they “fix it”, and the espresso was so burnt it isn’t even something I can just deal with, nor should I have to. No apology for the wait, the mistake, and no conversation. It’s like in their minds they can do no wrong. Places like this are what’s wrong with customer service these days. The customer isn’t always right, but they aren’t always a Karen either. Sometimes it’s just a tired Mom with a full time job who is having a really hard week and you just messed up the one thing she does for herself during the week, because you can’t do the bare minimum of your job duties. Cue the automated reply about asking me to click a link. Save the link. I’ll go elsewhere.

Horrible service. Moves slow. No sense of urgency and no care.

Thought I would treat myself this morning to Starbucks, as I haven’t been in a while. After spending $18 on a drink and food item my food was cold after waiting 20 minutes for a drink. Staff is rude and nonchalant. Do not waste your hard earned money here!!!!!!!!!!

Mobile pick up order. The drive thru line was long so I went in to pick up my coffee. Walking in I noticed they were behind so I stood to the side to wait patiently for my name /order to be called. While standing there I noticed the barista moving tickets around, knowing now continuously moving my ticket to the back causing me to wait 10 plus minutes for a drink that took less than 2mins if that to fix. If I had not approached the barista to confirm receipt of my order and the status I’d probably still be waiting. I left a few people that were in there before still waiting on their orders. What was to be a convenient stop was such an inconvenience to my day. By the way I was so frustrated that I didn’t even want the drink anymore.
