Ordered my first Pumpkin Spice Latte (PSL) of the season; was super excited to finally have a sip of fall. Ordered a Venti PSL, paid nearly $8....and.....the only taste I have in my mouth is burnt coffee!!!! NO kind of flavor at all....the only thing that had some flavor was the small squirt of whipped cream and the dash of cinnamon on top of it. $8 for a latte that tasted like a cup of regular, but burnt coffe. I had 2 other ppl take a sip just to make sure I wasn't over exxagerating; nope...they didn't taste any flavor either. If you're going to charge $8 for a latte, then you need to make sure it tastes like something. Do better! No wonder 7Brew has a line wrapped around their building daily, yet it was deserted at Starbucks.

Staff is rude! What seemed to be the manager, was yelling at everyone and taking up the biggest table in the already tiny cafe for how busy this place always is. Don't managers have a desk in the back usually? The workers looked so tense, this environment is horrible. I thought starbucks was supposed to be welcoming but every word I said felt like a burden.

I’ve been a customer at this Starbucks for over 3 years, and I have to give a huge shoutout to Emmerson, Torey, and Betsy❤️ They are always incredibly kind, welcoming, and friendly. I genuinely love coming here! I never even have to say my order anymore😅 my frappuccinos always come out perfectly, with the exact ingredients I like. Their service makes this location feel like a second home. Thank you for making every visit so great! Chad🫶🏻
This is hands-down, the worst Starbucks location I have ever been to. My order is always incorrect. The staff is so rude and they move so slow. I will order my drink when I leave my house which is 15 minutes away and when I get there. It is still not ready. They recently got remodeled, so I thought that it would make the location better but it did not.

The worst service, my Carmel macchiato with 2 double shots espresso was horrid. 0 coffee just Carmel taste. They kept forgetting to give me my whole order and had to keep asking, after I had left a 30% tip. Never again will I visit this location.
