The employees at the starbucs on powder springs rd marietta ga 30008 Jenny is the manager there she is awesome so shout out to Jessica and glemda Nicholas are fantastic so are the rest they know what i want when they here my voice great job thxs

Extremely slow and bad service. Waited for an Uber order 10 mins while it was seated on the counter for a long time. Very rude staff.

I'm totally addicted to all things Pumpkin Spice! Starbucks has the best pumpkin spice latte and pumpkin spice cream cheese muffins! I'm sad that pumpkin spice season is coming to an end!

The employees here deliberately slow down during busy hours when customers ask about water, they show their attitude to slow down to make money, now they need to manage and consider the way of working and attitude
I ordered coffee on the app before I came and then I had to wait another 20 minutes I will never go back and this is the first starbuck I see the worst in America
This Starbucks is EXTREMELY slow! They just opened back up after renovations but at this rate yall should have just close this location all together. There were 5 cars in front of me at 11:30am yesterday and 6 behind me. I waited 15 minutes and still no movement in the line until I left out of it. Y’all either need to hire more employees or put some pep in your step back there because that is ridiculous. Someone should’ve been outside taking orders at that point. Please do something about the lack of urgency here. I left with nothing and will not be coming back to this location.

This is the absolute slowest Starbucks. I have to place my order before I even leave my house, drive 15 minutes to daycare and drop off the kids and then head to Starbucks where I still usually wait to get my order.
The drinks are fine but the wait is always excessive especially in the drive thru, regardless of time of day.

I love coming to this branch of Starbucks especially if Tay is there, always a welcome greeting, a perfect hot chocolate and even brings my drink to the table. Thank you Tay 🙏

When to Starbucks this morning, they usually have a different person every time I go and this time the barista that was attending me Was oddly annoyed by the time I got to the window she proceeded to get my payment in which I couldn’t see the little tap screen so I hit the wrong button and the minute she saw that I did that she gave me a nasty stare. I just knew something was Was not right I proceeded to tap my card Again, trying to see the screen, but it was so bright outside. I hit the no tip button and she gave me the stare again After that, she She gives me my coffees by the way, no sleeve no stopper on them. One of them had to be a Venti. They were both grande’s so I give it back to her and let her know that it was a Venti So she goes on and gets the Venti one no copper no sleeve I stopped and let her know that I didn’t have a sleeve for my coffee that I needed I put my coffee down on the cupholder. It felt weird, but I continue about my day. I had not even left the parking lot. I tried picking up my coffee Realize the couple was spent this whole time that’s why I felt weird when I first got it And since the cup was banned, it didn’t hold onto the lid and I basically spelled my entire coffee on my leg in the car very bad experience

After waiting 30 minutes I finally just left without my drinks, I had other things to do. I don’t know what’s wrong with this Starbucks, the staff are friendly and hardworking, I don’t really blame them. Seems to be some sort of process / corporate issue.
