On a weeklong trip to Atlanta, I had gotten sick of eating sad oatmeal as the only vegan option at my hotel breakfast and got delivery from here. First of all the packaging was adorable and kept everything looking pretty. I had a cranberry orange muffin which was diving and a bacon egg and cheese croissant which blew me away. I forget now which brand of vegan bacon they use but I ordered this specifically because I knew I had that bacon before and it was definitely the best I've had. I grew up eating kolaches in Texas so this hit me with a little nostalgia in the flavor department. Definitely recommend trying this place out!!

This has been my second time in this establishment and each time has been a magical experience. First of all, can we say vegan croissant? That’s magic in itself. Second of all can we stay herb encrusted biscuits… Don’t forget to add the vegan honey butter. Absolute 10 out of 10! I can’t wait to go back!

Owner was super kind. The pain au chocolat is my favorite ever, and the vanilla matcha and iced latte were equally delicious! You can tell they’re using ceremonial grade, high quality matcha. Atmosphere is relaxed and the front end staff are super sweet. You have to come here, whether or not you’re vegan!

Great atmosphere! The owner greeted us when we came to the cafe and it felt personal. The chocolate croissant was delectable and they were even kind enough to give us a free one to go! The seating is very comfortable and the matcha was tasty too! Definitely coming here again.

Absolutely floored by the delicious pastries! Tried Flour + Time at the Avondale Sunday market and got hooked! Finally made it to the west midtown cafe and was super impressed by the coffee, food, service and vibe. Flour + Time, I am super proud of your accomplishments - we need you in ATL! Don't go anywhere!

I’d been wanting to check this place out. My mom & I stopped in one morning with no expectations. Neither of us are vegan. I’m a huge fan of an authentic French or European croissant. I was pleasantly shocked. Their croissant was 👌🏾 We also had their zucchini bread. Again… so good. In short, they have 2 new customers. We’ll be back
This place is amazing and the pastries you will eat will make you forget about traditional bakeries. The owner Leah highlighted some of the salient aspects driving their mission as a company. The service was great and unhurried. The breakfast croissant was amazing...no need to go backwards. (see the picture). This place is a must try for the vegan, non-vegan, or anything else to try. The lemon blueberry muffin especially when warmed will delight your palate from beginning to end. If you have time, slow down and there as the seating arrangements are conducive to relaxing your mind and body.

First time here and definitely adding this to our places to go to when we visit Atlanta. The staff was wonderful and helpful in assisting in deciding what to order. I was overwhelmed with the variety of choices. We decided on the bear claw, bakon, egg, cheese croissant, and spinach with feta cheese quiche. Everything was delicious. We took a variety of baked goods home. Zucchini bread, oatmeal cream pie, and a pain au chocolate.

The sweet owner and assistant make you feel right at home, and the credible menu is full of fresh, delicious options. Be sure to get there early because the delicious food items like quiche and egg sandwiches sell out fast!
Plenty of seating: bar, couches, chairs, 2-tops, and even outdoor tables. A true gem!
