We were driving down the highway looking for a quick nom after a day at the park and I came across seaside and I wondered could a seafood restaurant in Bethlehem really be as good as the reviews ?
After a sampling of oysters muscles and a few other items I can say with arfthority that this is a chef driven place with interesting flavor combos that all really work together in a symphony.

The black n blue burger is wow. The balsamic and blue cheese perfectly balance each other. The bacon is a good addition.
