Where is the manager in this place? Had my order to be fixed twice as I see two employees playing tag and running around the kitchen like little kids!! There’s a whole line in the lobby and instead of serving immediately, one employee decides to fiddle with the trays instead. Same employee is in the middle of handling cash and one of the employees that was playing tag starts to yell, “EXCUSE ME LIKE DANG BRUH GET OUT MY WAY” in front of the customers as well. She also started to yell at other employees because I’m guessing one or more didn’t have their headset on and she don’t like the fact that she can’t use her headset to bark orders. Which they’re not for that, but for drive-thru only.This place is insane, unkept at its finest, a playground for adults. Someone is yelling at someone all the time and that needs to stop.

These people have really stepped up their game. Food was great and the service was unbelievable fast. I got my order 4 minutes after walking in. 3 minutes after I ordered. Food was read as soon as I got my drink. Wow.

I got the Shroom & Swiss melt with an order of onion rings. I gave only a 3 star for food and service because the onion rings wasn't fresh, luke warm at best and a bit soggy. The melt wasn't made well, half the shrooms was under my sandwich in between the bottom bun and the wrapper.
