We found this hidden gem in Blairsville on our way back from the North GA Zoo. I am no Cuban food expert but I am fairly picky when it comes to Cuban food. I was extremely pleased with the food and service. We had the Piggy Bowl, Cuban sandwich, and the Maduros (sweet plantains). The pork was tender and delicious. The bread was fresh. First time eating at this mom and pop Cuban restaurant. The seafood Paella was excellent and my wife had the empanadas which were homemade and equally good. No beer wine but you can bring your own wine and they'll provide glasses and no corkage fee. Ray is probably the second nicest guy in Blairsville Georgia and does a great job as waiter and busboy while his wife and daughter tend to the kitchen.
